this setup is not as slick and easy as my other web cms apps that i have created since early 2013 that rely on databases and auto-generated homepages. in those apps, i could use a stream page that contained a small textarea box that allowed for quick creates. in one of my cms apps, i could reply to a note style post. i never intended for that type of writing to become popular for me, but it did. it was my version of the dreaded tweetstorm. i used it too much for about four years. that ease of use led to more time-wasting. but it's a convenient way to type quick notes at a meeting or presentation. it's like sending text messages to myself.
